Job summary

Victoria’s Secret & Co. is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead store operations, ensure readiness, and coach the team under the Store Manager. You'll oversee shipments, replenishment, and inventory accuracy while promoting safety, cleanliness, and policy compliance.

This role requires the ability to work nights, weekends, and a flexible schedule, with 1–2 years of retail experience preferred. Salary ranges are provided and depend on location and experience.

Qualifications

• Passion for Victoria’s Secret Brand and the ability to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Strong attention to detail and execution.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to coach in real time.
• 1–2 years retail experience preferred.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and a flexible schedule.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds, frequent bending, stretching, kneeling, walking, and prolonged standing.
• Ability to use technology (headsets, mobile devices, computers).

Responsibilities
