Victoria’s Secret & Co seeks an Operations Supervisor to lead store readiness and execution in a fast-paced retail environment. You will report to the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager and drive policy compliance while coaching team members.

This role emphasizes living company values, managing shipments and inventory, and collaborating with cross-functional partners to deliver seamless customer experiences. The position requires flexibility for evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Passion for Victoria’s Secret Brand and the ability to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Strong attention to detail and execution.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to coach in real time.
• 1-2 years retail experience preferred.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and a flexible schedule.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds, as well as frequent bending, stretching, kneeling, walking, and prolonged standing as part of daily tasks.

Responsabilités

• Executes shipment, replenishment, and stock organization.
• Maintains back-of-house standards and inventory accuracy.
• Supports cleanliness, safety, and compliance.
• Identifies and escalates operational issues.
• Scope and level of responsibility may vary based on store size and business complexity. In some locations, this role may take on broader responsibility for leading the business.
