Job summary

Victoria’s Secret & Co is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead store operations and readiness, reporting to the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager. This role focuses on delivering excellent customer experiences by ensuring efficient shipment, replenishment, and stock organization.

You will uphold back-of-house standards, inventory accuracy, safety, and compliance while coaching associates and contributing to store leadership. Flexibility for nights/weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Passion for Victoria’s Secret Brand and the ability to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Strong attention to detail and execution.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to coach in real time.
• 1–2 years retail experience preferred.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and a flexible schedule.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds, as well as frequent bending, stretching, kneeling, walking, and prolonged standing as part of daily tasks.
• Ability to use technology (headsets, mobile devices, computers).

Responsibilities

• Executes shipment, replenishment, and stock organization
• Maintains back-of-house standards and inventory accuracy
• Supports cleanliness, safety, and compliance
• Identifies and escalates operational issues
• Scope and level of responsibility may vary based on store size and business complexity. In some locations, this role may take on broader responsibility for leading the business
