Job summary

Victoria’s Secret & Co. is seeking an Operations Supervisor to support operational execution and store readiness. This role reports to the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, as assigned, and involves leadership across merchandising, stock control, and customer service.

You will lead by example, coach teams, and ensure daily execution of policies while maintaining store standards and safety. The role requires flexibility to work nights and weekends in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Passion for Victoria’s Secret brand and ability to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Strong attention to detail and execution.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to coach in real time.
• 1–2 years retail experience preferred.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and a flexible schedule.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds, and frequent bending, stretching, kneeling, standing.
• Ability to use technology (headsets, devices, computers).

Responsibilities

• Executes shipment, replenishment, and stock organization.
• Maintains back-of-house standards and inventory accuracy.
