Job summary

Victoria’s Secret & Co Operations Supervisor is a values-based leader who supports store readiness and executes operational standards. This role reports to the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, with responsibility for inventory control, safety, and team development.

The position requires flexibility for nights and weekends and a focus on customer experience, merchandising, and cross-functional collaboration to drive store success.

Qualifications

• Passion for Victoria’s Secret Brand and the ability to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Strong attention to detail and execution.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to coach in real time.
• 1–2 years retail experience preferred.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and a flexible schedule.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds, as well as frequent bending, stretching, kneeling, walking, and prolonged standing as part of daily tasks.
• Ability to use technology (headsets, mobile devices, computers).

Responsibilities

• Executes shipment, replenishment, and stock organization.
• Maintains back-of-house standards and inventory accuracy.
• Supports cleanliness, safety, and compliance.
• Identifies and escalates operational issues.
• Scope and level of responsibility may vary based on store size and business complexity.
