Job summary

CVS Health in Lakewood, CA is seeking an Operations Supervisor to support the CVS Store Management team in planning, executing and driving store performance across service, merchandising and operations.

In this full-time role, you will lead shift coverage when managers are not onsite, supervise staff, ensure opening/closing procedures, maintain customer service excellence, and help optimize weekly promotions and displays while safeguarding patient confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must have strong deductive reasoning and analytical skills.
• Proficient computer skills and ability to use store systems.
• Excellent communication and supervisory abilities.
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate store activities in collaboration with store management.
• Supervise crew, assign tasks, and monitor performance.
• Maintain excellent customer service and resolve complaints per policy.
• Assist with merchandising, pricing, stocking and weekly promotions.
• Ensure opening and closing procedures are completed correctly.
