CVS Health is seeking an Operations Supervisor to support store management in planning and driving store execution and customer service excellence. You’ll lead the store when the manager is not onsite and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.

Responsibilities include supervising crew, coordinating communication between management and staff, and maintaining merchandising standards while delivering a positive shopping experience for CVS customers.

Qualificações

• Must have deductive reasoning, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication, supervision, and influencing skills.
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts; overtime as needed.
