Job summary

CVS Health Corporation in New York is seeking an ambitious Operations Supervisor to support the Store Management team in planning and driving store execution and performance while strengthening customer loyalty through outstanding service.

When the manager is away, you’ll lead the store and supervise staff, ensure smooth operations, and complete opening and closing tasks. This role emphasizes service, merchandising, and teamwork across shifts.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning and analytical abilities with basic computer proficiency.

• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule including mornings, overnights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations in absence of manager and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.
• Coordinate with store management and crews to drive execution and customer service.
• Greet customers, resolve questions and coach colleagues to meet service standards.
• Maintain merchandising, stock shelves and support weekly promotions and displays.
