Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Operations Supervisor to support the CVS Store Management team in planning and driving store execution and performance. This role focuses on delivering excellent customer service and maintaining store operations when a manager is not onsite.

You will lead the store and supervisory staff, supervise the crew, and ensure opening and closing procedures are completed. The position is full-time with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills, supervision, and influencing skills
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Responsibilities

• Support CVS Store Management in planning and driving store execution and performance.
• Lead the store and supervisory staff when no manager is onsite and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.
• Supervise the store crew by directing and following up on activities.
• Communicate information effectively with store management and staff.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote customer service culture.
• Provide coaching and feedback to colleagues on customer service and confidentiality.
