CVS Health is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead store execution and customer service excellence across our CVS/pharmacy location. You will partner with store management to drive daily operations, ensure opening/closing procedures, and build consumer loyalty through superior service.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and ability to work a full-time, flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication, supervision and influencing skills.
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Manage effectively with store management and crews.
• Supervise the store crew through assigning, directing and following up of all activities.
• Effectively communicate information to and from store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints.
• Promote CVS customer service culture (Greet, offer help, and thank).
• Handle all customer relations issues per company policy.
• Provide colleagues personalized customer service feedback and coaching.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
• Price merchandise and stock shelves; support displays and inventories.
• Support planning, execution of displays and weekly promotions.
