Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead store execution and performance in coordination with the CVS Store Management team. You will drive customer service excellence, supervise staff in the absence of a manager, and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed accurately.

The role requires flexibility for early mornings, overnights, and weekends, with a base hourly pay range and full-time benefits.

Qualifications

• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise store crew, directing activities and ensuring execution.
• Coordinate with store management and crews to communicate information effectively.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints, promoting CVS customer service culture.
• Provide coaching and feedback to colleagues using myImpact and myCustomer processes.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality and ensure a positive shopping experience.
