Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Operations Supervisor to support the CVS Store Management team in planning and driving store execution and performance, while building consumer loyalty through excellent customer service. When management isn’t on site, you lead the store and supervise staff, ensuring opening and closing procedures are completed.

The role emphasizes customer service, merchandising, and team leadership.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills, supervision, and influencing skills
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Responsibilities

• Manage store operations in coordination with CVS Store Management to drive execution and performance.
• Lead and supervise store crews; assign, direct and follow up on tasks.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS customer service culture.
