Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Operations Supervisor to support the CVS Store Management team in planning and driving store execution and performance, while building consumer loyalty through exemplary service.

When no manager is onsite, you lead the store and supervisory staff, ensure opening and closing procedures are completed, and maintain a safe, compliant, and customer-focused operation.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills, supervision, and influencing skills
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations when no manager is onsite
• Supervise the crew by directing and following up tasks
• Support customer service by addressing questions and complaints
• Price merchandise and stock shelves
• Plan, execute displays and manage weekly and seasonal promotions
• Maintain confidentiality and promote safe, compliant store practices
