Job summary

CVS Health in the United States is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead store execution and performance, especially when the store manager is not onsite. You will help build customer loyalty through service excellence and ensure opening and closing procedures are completed.

As a supervisor, you will coordinate with management, train colleagues with constructive feedback, and maintain confidentiality while delivering a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Advanced communication skills, supervision, and influencing skills.
• Ability to work a full‑time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and supervise the crew when the manager is not onsite.
• Effectively communicate information to store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints, upholding CVS service standards.
• Provide coaching and feedback to colleagues to improve performance and customer experience.
• Maintain customer confidentiality and ensure accurate stocking and merchandising.
• Support weekly, promotional, and seasonal displays and inventory planning.
