Qualifications

• Prior retail sales, operations, maintenance, or customer-focused experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift 15 to 35 lbs repeatedly (up to 25 times per hour).
• Ability to work extended periods of time (up to 4 hours) standing or walking.
• Ability to work at heights greater than 4 feet with ladder, aerial lift or platform.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods (up to 2 hours).

Responsibilities

• Greet teammates and customers, pro-actively understand their needs and support their shopping experience.
• Assist with unloading trucks, processing freight, and maintaining backroom organization and merchandise presentation.
• Adhere to safety, loss prevention and standard operating procedures; uphold company policies.
• Support the team across the store and take an all-hands-on-deck approach as needed.
