Job summary

PHOENIX Retail, LLC, operating Express and Bonobos brands, seeks a Retail Operations Expert at Outlets @ Castle Rock to ensure a great in-store shopping experience by guiding merchandise flow, confirming product availability and sizing.

The role supports stockroom activities, pricing, checkout, training, and launches per SOP, with opportunities for part-time or full-time schedules. Nights and weekends flexibility is required.

Qualifications

• Education: High School or Equivalent.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience; willingness to work nights and weekends.
• Proficient with iPad and POS registers.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store customer service and support merchandising flows.
• Assist stockroom associates and coordinate pricing/markdowns.
• Support checkout, order processing, and customer assistance.
• Help with product launches and training of sales staff.
