Job summary

Guitar Center Stores, Inc. is seeking an Operations Associate to help manage stock, shipments, and store presentation. You will ensure products are merchandised for a great customer experience and perform daily tasks across operations.

The role emphasizes collaboration, customer focus, initiative, and strong organizational skills in a fast-paced retail environment. Weekend/evening work, physical lifting, and familiarity with MS Office are expected.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to work in a loud environment for 5–8 hours.
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Inventory control tasks and shipping/receiving of gear and items.
• Cycle counting and stocking/merchandising to a planogram.
• Print and place signage and price signs (POP).
• Cash handling and shrink control.
• Additional duties as assigned.
