Guitar Center is seeking an Operations Associate to support in-store logistics, inventory control, and merchandising. You will handle shipping/receiving, cycle counting, and ensure stock is displayed per planogram to enhance the customer experience.

Ideal candidates have basic Microsoft Office skills, can work in a loud environment, and are available on weekends, holidays, and evenings. This role emphasizes teamwork, initiative, and attention to detail in a fast-paced store setting.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Tasks related to inventory control
• Shipping and receiving of gear and other items
• Cycle Counting of Inventory (preparation and execution)
• Stocking and merchandising to a planogram
• Printing and placing of signage and price signs (POP)
• Shrink awareness and control
• Additional duties as assigned
