Job summary

Guitar Center Stores, Inc. is seeking an Operations Associate to support store operations, inventory control, and merchandising. You will handle shipping/receiving, stock/planogram compliance, signage and pricing, and cash handling in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role requires weekend/evening availability, the ability to lift up to 40 lbs, and basic MS Office skills. A positive team player attitude and initiative are essential to succeed in this position.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Must be able to work in a loud environment for 5-8 hours.
• Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Handle inventory control tasks.
• Ship and receive gear and items.
• Cycle count inventory.
• Stock and merchandize to a planogram.
• Print and place signage and price signs (POP).
• Cash handling.
• Shrink awareness and control.
• Additional duties as assigned.
