Guitar Center is seeking an Operations Associate to ship and receive stock, manage daily tasks, and merchandise products so customers have a great in-store experience.

The role emphasizes collaboration, customer focus, initiative, organizational and technology skills, with duties including inventory control, cycle counts, signage, and stock placement. Strong teamwork and reliability are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work in a loud environment 5–8 hours.
• Weekend, holiday, and evening availability required.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Inventory control tasks.
• Shipping and receiving of gear and other items.
• Cycle counting of inventory.
• Stocking and merchandising to a planogram.
• Printing and placing signage and price signs (POP).
• Shrink awareness and control.
• Additional duties as assigned.
