Job summary

Guitar Center Stores, Inc. is seeking an Operations Associate to support stock movement and merchandising in our store. You will handle inventory control tasks, shipping/receiving, and cycle counting to ensure products are ready for customers.

The role requires performing duties in a fast-paced environment, lifting up to 40 lbs, and working weekends/holidays. Our team emphasizes collaboration, accuracy, and excellent customer service to enhance store experience.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in a loud environment for 5-8 hours.
• Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Inventory control tasks.
• Shipping and receiving of gear and other items.
• Cycle counting of inventory.
• Stocking and merchandising to a planogram.
• Printing and placing of signage and price signs (POP).
• Cash handling.
• Shrink awareness and control.
• Additional duties as assigned.
