Job summary

Guitar Center, a leading music retailer, is seeking an Operations Associate to ensure stock is properly shipped, received, and merchandised for a great customer experience in our stores. The role emphasizes collaboration, customer focus, initiative, organizational skills, and technology proficiency to support daily operations.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, handling inventory tasks, signage, POS duties, and other store operations to help deliver a top-tier customer experience.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to work in a loud environment for 5–8 hours.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays and evenings.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Inventory control tasks.
• Shipping and receiving gear and items.
• Cycle counting of Inventory (preparation and execution).
• Stocking and merchandising to a planogram.
• Printing and placing of signage and price signs (POP).
• Cash Handling.
• Shrink awareness and control.
• Additional duties as assigned.
