Guitar Center Stores, Inc. is seeking an Operations Associate to support in-store operations, including shipping and receiving gear, inventory control, and merchandising to planograms. You will contribute to a great customer experience by ensuring products are well-stocked and presented.

The role requires lifting up to 40 lbs, working in a loud retail environment, and availability on weekends, holidays, and evenings. Basic MS Office skills and a customer-focused mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong customer service mindset and ability to connect with customers.
• Able to identify opportunities and act without being asked.

Responsibilities

• Handle inventory control tasks and accuracy.
• Ship and receive gear and other items.
• Conduct cycle counts of inventory and maintain stock levels.
• Merchandise according to planogram and place signage/price signs.
• Process cash handling and monitor shrinkage.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
