Job summary

Responsibilities

• Executes receiving and merchandising standards to ensure efficient processing of goods.
• Maintains excellent customer experience through engagement and service.
• Orchestrates truck delivery and prioritizes merchandise on the sales floor.
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensures merchandise is tagged, hung, secured, and coded; communicates with team on priorities.
• Keeps backroom organized and replenishes stock to support sales floor.
