Job summary

The Sierra store at The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a candidate to help execute receiving and merchandising standards while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

You will work with a team to efficiently process goods, maintain store organization, and uphold our merchandising philosophy. With a focus on training Associates and maintaining high standards, you will support store operations and safety programs, including labor law adherence and program compliance.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards.
• Ensure Associates process tasks efficiently and effectively.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain store cleanliness.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensure merchandise is properly tagged, hung, and coded.
• Coordinate with Coordinator on Duty for flow of goods to sales floor.
• Monitor team productivity and coach when needed.
• Organize and rotate back stock for replenishment.
• Maintain merchandising signage and backroom standards.
• Ensure safety and compliance with labor laws and policies.
