Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without accommodation.
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards; ensure efficient processing and team collaboration.
• Provide excellent customer experience by engaging with customers and maintaining a clean, organized store.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles; monitor productivity and adjust priorities as needed.
• Organize back stock, rotate it for replenishment, and uphold signage and merchandising standards.
