Job summary

Qualifications

• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.

• Team player with ability to train others.
• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards to ensure efficient processing of merchandise.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain an organized store.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing.
• Ensure merchandise is tagged, hung, and coded properly.
• Support store leadership in achieving productivity and safety goals.
• Assist in backroom organization and replenishment.
