Job summary

You will work with a team to receive, process, and display merchandise, while upholding safety and compliance standards. Prior leadership exposure and ability to lift heavy objects are valued.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail experience and 6 months in a leadership role.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities.
• Able to train and mentor associates.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards and ensure efficient processing.
• Provide an excellent customer experience through engagement and service.
• Maintain a clean, organized store and oversee backroom organization.
• Tag, hang, and code merchandise and ensure accurate signage.
• Assist in store operations, training, and supervisory support as needed.
• Collaborate with management to meet labor and safety policies.
• Support credit and loyalty programs and participate in shrink reduction goals.
• Communicate priorities and progress with management and team.
