• Execute receiving and merchandising standards.
• Ensure excellent customer experience and store cleanliness.
• Organize back stock and ensure proper tagging and coding.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising principles.
• Coordinate with management to maintain flow of goods.
• Support safety, labor, and program compliance.
