Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking candidates for a role focused on receiving, merchandising, and customer service at our Sierra store in South Lake Tahoe.

You will ensure efficient processing, organize the backroom, and uphold our merchandising standards while delivering a positive shopping experience. Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, can multi-task, and are comfortable lifting heavy objects.

Qualifications

• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of multi-tasking.

• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards to ensure Associates are processing efficiently and effectively as a team.
• Engage with customers to provide an excellent experience and keep the store clean and organized.
• Orchestrate truck delivery and prioritize merchandise flow to the sales floor.
• Maintain tagging, hanging, securing, and coding of merchandise.
• Coach Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensure adherence to labor laws and store policies.
