Job summary

Sierra at The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking an team-oriented associate to execute receiving and merchandising standards, ensuring a smooth flow of goods and an excellent customer experience.

You’ll work as part of a dynamic team across TJX stores and distribution networks. The ideal candidate has 1 year of retail experience and at least 6 months of leadership exposure, with strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Ability to work nights and weekends as required.
• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of multi-tasking.
• Team player, working effectively with peers and supervisors.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Able to train others.

Responsibilities

• Executes receiving and merchandising standards while ensuring Associates process efficiently.
• Engages with customers to provide an excellent shopping experience and maintain a clean store.
• Orchestrates truck delivery and prioritizes merchandise on the sales floor.
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensures merchandise is tagged, hung, secured, and coded.
• Maintains backroom organization and replenishment flow.
• Promotes safety, labor policies, and loyalty programs.
• Supports management in associate training and performance feedback.
