Job summary

ALO is seeking a hands-on Operations Manager to lead store operations in Wisconsin. You will own inventory control, labor planning, and schedules to keep the store ready for customers and aligned with the company's operating model.

As a member of the store leadership team, you’ll partner with the General Manager, manage budgets and performance metrics, and coach the Operations team to embody ALO’s values.

Qualifications

• Prior leadership experience in retail or related industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and drive action.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support execution of key operational processes.
• Investigate inventory accuracy issues with the GM.
• Champion operational standards on the sales floor using data.
