Job summary

Burlington Stores in Madison, WI is seeking an Operations Service Manager to lead the Customer Service and Cashier teams, oversee receiving and store operations, and model Burlington’s core values for the team.

You will coach and develop associates, coordinate with district and regional management, and act as Manager on Duty to drive results while ensuring exceptional service, accuracy, and store integrity in a fast-paced off-price retail environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail management or store operations experience at a multi-unit retailer.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift and move boxes up to 40 lbs.
• Experience with scheduling and reporting software.

Responsibilities

• Lead Customer Service and Cashier teams to ensure customer service and professionalism.
• Oversee operations and receiving SOPs, inventory accuracy with Receiving Supervisor.
• Act as Manager on Duty to drive store results and model company values.
• Assist in staffing, sourcing, interviewing, training, and succession planning.
• Communicate with District and Regional Management.
