Kimbrell’s Furniture is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in daily operations, credit functions, and team performance. You will drive operational excellence and ensure high standards of customer service in a busy showroom.

Lead, coach, and develop staff to meet sales, service, and credit goals while maintaining a compliant, safe, and professional environment. You will oversee merchandising, demonstrate leadership integrity, and contribute to a positive workplace

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or related environment preferred.
• Ability to handle cash and basic financial transactions.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) may be a plus based on staffing needs.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager in daily operations and credit functions.
• Lead, coach, and develop team to achieve sales and service goals.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and laws.
