Job summary

You will lead customer service, store operations, inventory and RFID tasks, sign merchandising, train staff, and uphold safety and productivity standards while delivering an upbeat shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years retail leadership experience.
• Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience.
• Drives Performance and accountability to achieve results.

Responsibilities

• Direct the team to achieve customer service and sales goals while resolving issues.
• Oversee inventory, RFID, pricing, and merchandising/signage processes.
• Manage stockroom, safety, equipment, receiving and shipping with carriers.
• Train and coach associates; support performance management.
• Maintain performance standards across shrink, safety, omnichannel, scheduling, and engagement.
