Job summary

Alliance Consumer Growth, LLC is hiring a Retail Operations Manager to own the operational truth for our national retail business. You will translate sales plans into forecasted execution, ensuring OTIF and fill-rate targets are met while coordinating with Sales, Operations, and Finance.

You will manage PO processes, onboarding of retailers, and product setup, partnering with 3PLs to maintain SLAs and cost visibility. A data-driven, proactive communicator thrives here.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years in sales operations or retail operations at a CPG brand.
• Experience with national retailers and vendor portals.
• Proven ability to manage 3PL partners and SLAs.
• Track record improving OTIF, fill rate, and chargeback recovery.

Responsibilities

• Own PO process end-to-end (EDI, ASN, 3PL release).
• Oversee onboarding of new retailers and ensure compliance.
• Align SKU assortment and retailer data across portals and ERP.
• Collaborate with Retail, Ops, Finance, and 3PL for on-time shipping.
• Lead chargeback and deductions resolution with Finance.
