Job summary

OSL Retail Services is seeking a District Manager to lead our in-store teams across multiple locations. You will drive sales growth, recruit and develop talent, and implement strategic plans for both high-performing and underperforming stores.

The role requires strong leadership, exceptional communication, and the ability to manage budgets and retail metrics while maintaining high operational standards. Hybrid work with periodic store visits supports our national footprint.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of multi-unit retail management experience.
• Proven ability to recruit, hire and train team members including leads and sales associates.
• Strong organizational skills to schedule staff and manage priorities in real time.

Responsibilities

• Manage, develop and energize your district of prime retail locations, reporting directly to the Regional Sales Director.
• Recruit, train, schedule, coach, and mentor your district’s sales team.
• Create game-changing strategies for high-performing and underperforming locations.
• Visit stores in person to build face-to-face relationships and ensure policy compliance.
• Lead by example with integrity to foster a collaborative, open-door culture.
