Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3-5 years retail experience preferred.
• Ability to work across multiple stores in the district/region.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.
• Basic math and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead hiring, training, coaching and discipline decisions.
• Maintain basic store operations and ensure price integrity.
• Ensure product quality, housekeeping and safe environment.
• Lead inventory counts and implement merchandising programs.
• Act as Manager on Duty as needed and oversee store procedures.
