With at least 2 years of leadership experience in retail or hospitality, you’ll ensure brand presentation, peak performance, and inclusive teamwork while maintaining Sephora standards and safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a similar role, preferably in retail operations or hospitality.
• Strong ability to lead, coach, and develop teams to achieve goals.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead with impact by overseeing inventory management, replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintaining operational standards.
• Drive brand presentation through visual merchandising, promotions, and store upkeep to support sales.
• Support client experience by partnering with the team to deliver exceptional service and hit store goals.
• Coach and develop team members, teaching operational processes, selling behaviors, metrics, and company initiatives.
• Foster inclusivity and teamwork to create an open, empowering store culture.
