Job summary

Sephora in New York City is seeking an Operations Leader to ensure the store runs smoothly and delivers an exceptional client experience. You’ll lead the operations team, oversee inventory, replenishment, and merchandising, and coach others to perform at their best.

The role requires at least 2 years of leadership in retail or hospitality, a keen eye for detail, strong communication, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. This is a full-time hourly position in the NYC market.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail operations or hospitality.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams to achieve goals.
• Strong attention to detail with problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
