Job summary

Sephora is seeking an Operations Leader at the NY-Merrick Commons (1920) store to drive operational excellence, oversee the operations team, inventory and merchandising, and coach colleagues toward higher performance. You’ll champion brand standards and client experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience in retail operations or hospitality
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams to meet goals
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory management, replenishment, and order fulfillment while upholding Sephora standards
• Lead visual merchandising, promotions, and store maintenance to drive sales
• Partner with the team to deliver exceptional client service and achieve store goals
