Job summary

Trulieve, Inc. in Atlanta is seeking a General Manager to lead store operations, oversee inventory, and drive service standards while ensuring regulatory compliance and exceptional patient experiences.

The role requires prior management experience, cash handling, and the ability to train and develop a team of 40+ employees. Expect 45+ hours weekly with evenings, weekends, and holidays. Salary is commensurate with experience and a comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, four years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Prior management experience, preferably in retail and/or customer service is a plus.
• Must have prior cash handling experience.
• Must possess the ability to train, develop and evaluate a team of 40+ employees.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism to communicate with all levels of management and staff.
• Able to communicate in conversational English with customers and team members.
• Proven ability to analyze data and draw appropriate conclusions to inform policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement strategies to drive service standards and positive sales results.
• Maintain brand standards in visual merchandising.
• Ensure consistent regulatory compliance with all state regulations.
• Review and ensure compliance with company SOPs and communicate changes to employees.
• Evaluate employee performance and identify hiring and training needs.
• Provide coaching, training, and development to the team.
• Monitor and maintain store inventory.
• Resolve patient issues and escalations.
• Maintain professional relationships with business partners.
• Schedule effectively within labor budget.
