Job summary

Trulieve is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in leading store operations and supervising staff. You will manage inventory, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver an exceptional patient experience in a fast-growing retail environment.

The role requires 40–45 hours weekly with evenings, weekends, and holidays. A comprehensive benefits package including paid time off is offered, with compensation commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• Two years of related retail or management experience or training.
• Prior management in retail or customer service preferred.
• Cash handling experience required.
• Ability to train and lead a 40+ person team.
• Strong interpersonal and confidential communication.
• Proficient English communication with customers and team.
• Ability to analyze data to inform policies and procedures.
• Polite and respectful customer interaction.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement strategies to drive service standards and positive sales results.
• Maintain brand standards in visual merchandising.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with state regulations.
• Review SOPs and communicate changes to staff and management.
• Provide coaching, training, and development to the team.
• Monitor and maintain store inventory.
• Handle patient issues and escalations when on duty.
• Maintain professional relationships with business partners.
• Assist the General Manager in managing labor budget.
• Maintain confidentiality and compliance.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
