Job summary

Trulieve's Assistant General Manager supports the General Manager in leadership, supervision of store personnel, inventory tracking, achieving key performance metrics, and ensuring efficient daily operations. This role ensures regulatory compliance while delivering exceptional customer experience.

This position requires two years of related experience, prior management in retail, cash handling, ability to train a team of 40+ employees, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Two years of related experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Prior management experience in retail and/or customer service is a plus.
• Must have prior cash handling experience.
• Ability to train, develop and evaluate a team of 40+ employees.
• Strong interpersonal and professional communication with all levels of staff.
• Ability to communicate in conversational English and operate standard office equipment.
• Proven ability to analyze data and inform policies and procedures.
• Ability to interact with customers and team members respectfully.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement strategies with the GM to drive service standards and sales.
• Maintain brand standards in visual merchandising.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations.
• Communicate and implement SOPs across staff.
• Coach, train, and develop the team to meet objectives.
• Monitor and maintain store inventory.
• Handle patient issues and escalations when on duty.
• Maintain professional relationships with partners.
• Assist GM in managing labor budget to fit business needs.
• Maintain confidentiality and compliance.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
