Trulieve, a leading U.S. cannabis retailer, is hiring a General Manager in Atlanta to lead store personnel, manage inventory, achieve key performance metrics, and ensure daily operations run smoothly while delivering an exceptional patient experience.

You will coach a 40+ member team, maintain brand standards, ensure regulatory compliance, handle scheduling within the labor budget, resolve patient issues, and build strong partnerships with the community and partners.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, four years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Prior management experience, preferably in retail and/or customer service area is a plus.
• Must have prior cash handling experience.
• Must possess the ability to train, develop and evaluate a team of 40+ employees.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism to communicate with all levels of management and staff; uphold confidentiality and discretion.
• Able to communicate in conversational English to work effectively with customers and team members, operate electronic equipment, and comply with safety procedures.
• Proven ability to analyze data and draw appropriate conclusions to inform policies and procedures.
• Ability to interact with customers and team members respectfully and politely.

• Plan and implement strategies to drive service standards and positive sales results.
• Maintain brand standards in visual merchandising.
• Ensure consistent regulatory compliance with all state-specific regulations.
• Review, communicate and ensure compliance with all company SOPs and communicate changes to employees.
• Evaluate employee performance and identify hiring and training needs.
• Provide coaching, training, and development to the team focused on service standards and objectives.
• Monitor and maintain store inventory.
• Handle and resolve patient issues and escalations.
• Maintain professional relationships with business partners.
• Schedule effectively within labor budget to meet business needs.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance.
• Perform other tasks assigned by management.
