Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with four years of related experience or an equivalent combination
• Prior management experience in retail/customer service is a plus
• Cash handling experience required and accountable for financial controls

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise store personnel to meet KPIs and customer service standards
• Maintain brand visual merchandising and ensure regulatory compliance
• Manage inventory and scheduling within budget to optimize labor costs
• Coach and develop a team of 40+ employees
• Handle patient issues and escalations with professionalism
• Collaborate with partners and ensure SOPs are followed
