Job summary

Trulieve is seeking a General Manager to lead store operations, supervise personnel, manage inventory, and drive service standards while ensuring regulatory compliance. The role reports to the Area Manager and requires managing a 40+ team, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and maintaining brand standards with strong leadership.

Responsibilities include strategic planning, staff development, and adherence to SOPs, with a schedule of 45+ hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, four years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Prior management experience, preferably in retail and/or customer service.
• Must have prior cash handling experience.
• Must possess ability to train, develop and evaluate a team of 40+ employees.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism to communicate with all levels of management and staff.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement strategies to drive service standards and positive sales results.
• Maintain brand standards in visual merchandising.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with all state regulations.
• Review and ensure compliance with company SOPs and communicate changes to employees.
• Evaluate employee performance and identify hiring and training needs.
• Provide coaching and development to the team to meet objectives.
• Monitor and maintain store inventory.
• Handle patient issues and escalations.
• Maintain professional relationships with business partners.
• Schedule effectively within labor budget.
