Job summary

ALO is seeking an Operations Lead for our Chicago store to drive profitability and coach the team toward efficient, guest-focused operations. This role involves moving between the sales floor and back of house, leading inventory processes and supporting safe, inviting store conditions.

You will partner with store leadership to manage budgets, vendor relationships, and store performance metrics, while pushing for strong visuals and high guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a client-centric sales environment.
• Proven leadership capabilities demonstrating decision making.
• Values feedback, receptive to receiving feedback and eager to provide feedback.
• Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results and excel individually, and as a team.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Requires constant movement in and around all areas of store.

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory management with focus on accuracy and reducing shrink.
• Investigate and root cause inventory issues with GM to fix gaps.
• Manage shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, replenishment and floor updates.
• Champion strong visual standards for the sales floor.
• Support safe work environment and efficient operation through stockroom standards.
