ALO is seeking a Store Manager in Chicago to lead a high-energy retail store, driving sales, operations, and guest experience. You will manage staffing, merchandising, and KPIs while upholding ALO’s mission and guiding principles.

As a true business owner, you will develop the team, optimize processes, and ensure profitability in a fast-paced environment. A hands-on leader with strong communication and a passion for mindful movement is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail or related industry leadership experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to motivate and develop a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Alignment with ALO’s guiding principles and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Physical ability to move and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the store’s retail strategies.
• Lead Sales, Operations, and Visual teams to meet goals.
• Analyze KPI data and adjust plans to drive profitability.
• Create a positive, inclusive work environment aligned with the company mission.
• Recruit, train, and coach staff for performance and growth.
• Maintain visual and merchandising standards across the store.
