Job summary

You will oversee staffing, payroll, inventory, and daily operations, ensuring staff are trained, motivated, and focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences while meeting monthly targets.

Qualifications

• Requires 2-4 years retail management experience in apparel or specialty store
• Experience with POS systems
• Strong coaching and feedback skills

Responsibilities

• Lead customer-first culture across all roles
• Manage floor operations: shifts, results, feedback for five-star guest experience
• Provide ongoing coaching to enhance selling skills and processes
• Monitor payroll to keep hours within monthly budget and review timesheets
• Lead store to achieve Total Monthly Income goals and performance-based leadership
• Oversee inventory, special orders, receiving, layaway, and repairs to ensure quality standards
• Communicate daily sales goals and drive action through team chats
• Conduct weekly performance discussions based on reviews and mystery shops
• Help build bench strength and staff to 30 days hiring timelines
• Perform other duties as assigned
